“Riley is an attentive, down-to-earth coach who truly meets you where you are. Every session felt personalized, never cookie-cutter, and she always brought compassion and real-world perspective to our conversations. Riley understands that health and wellness aren’t about perfection but about continual learning, growth, and balance.
What I loved most about Bright Path was its holistic approach. It went far beyond nutrition, exploring mindset, movement, and everyday habits that support lasting change. There was space for questions, setbacks, and self-discovery along the way. I left with practical tools, a renewed mindset, and a plan I can actually stick with.”

“I wasn’t sure what to expect going into wellness coaching. I already eat well, work out, and go to therapy, etc. and I’ve made a lot of investments in improving specific areas of my life.
What I didn’t fully understand before starting was how much wellness coaching is about stepping back and looking at things as a whole. I tend to approach self improvement by optimizing individual areas in my life (diet, exercise, emotional wellbeing, etc.) and working with Riley helped me see how much balance, emotional patterns, and habitual small behaviors actually drive long term change.
We worked together over about eight weeks, meeting once a week for 1-1.5 hours. Our sessions were a mix of virtual and in-person, which worked well for my schedule. Each session had a clear structure and focus. We’d start with a general check-in, review any updates or challenges from the previous week’s action items, then move into the theme for that session. We always wrapped up with key takeaways and realistic commitments to work on before the next meeting.
What surprised me most was how incremental real change actually is- and how emotional and habitual patterns play such a big role in the choices we make. I didn’t realize how much I was treating wellness as something to be done “right” or “wrong” until we started talking through it week by week. Having a dedicated space to unpack those patterns (paired with kind, guided accountability) made it much easier to move toward meaningful change.
One area I consistently struggle with is being overly ambitious and trying to change too much at once. Left to my own devices. I tend to swing between going all in on something or completely disengaging. Riley was especially helpful in slowing that down. She’s very understanding and compassionate, but she also delivers accountability with kindness. She helped me peel back layers on what was driving that behavior/mindset, make more realistic commitments, and focus on progress that felt sustainable rather than rigid or all or nothing.
One of the biggest takeaways for me was becoming less hard on myself and less black-and-white in how I define success. I used to feel like I was either working out five times a week or doing nothing at all. Through our work together, I was able to find more balance and adopt a less rigid definition of progress, one that actually fits into real life and feels maintainable.
I genuinely looked forward to our sessions and often walked away with a healthier perspective on movement, balance, and self-expectation. I’d recommend working with Riley to anyone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or wants to make meaningful change with the support of a coach who is both kind and gently firm in all the right ways.”
