Holistic coaching for calm, energized living
Bright Path Wellness offers holistic and mindfulness-based health coaching. If you’re feeling run down, out of balance, or noticing shifts in weight, it’s usually a sign to slow down. That’s what we’ll focus on while we also set measurable goals and start making small, consistent steps to create big change. Programs and individual sessions support long-lasting healthy habits and wellness.


Programs
I offer 90-day programs with different focus areas but all with the same holistic and mindful approach to set you up for long term success.
All programs include one-hour 1:1 sessions over the course of 12 weeks, and resource handouts.

Individual sessions

Bright Path Wellness also provides tailored sessions based on an individual’s goals (e.g. – stress and sleep management, energy enhancement, weight loss, improved mood and mental health). Virtual in-depth initial meeting and weekly check-ins. Access to resources and support within 48 hours.
